Broadcast Troubleshooting FAQ


1. The broadcast link doesn’t work

If the link isn’t working then go back to the home page, refresh the page in your browser and try again.


2. Volume is not loud enough - 2 fixes for 2 devices:

A. Volume is not loud enough on my TV

Nature of problem: You are listening on your home entertainment system that is expecting Dolby multi-channel sound.

- Fix

The broadcast uses a stereo (2 channel) audio feed.  You may need to change your entertainment audio setting from “Dolby multi-channel” to “stereo”.


B. Volume is not loud enough on iPhone/iPad

Nature of problem: You turn the volume all the way up and you cannot hear sound or you can barely hear a faint garbled sound.

- Fix

You need to do a reset by going to “Settings” then “General” then “Reset”.  A “Reset” will not erase data but it will erase all settings.  WARNING: You will have to re-enter your WiFi, AppleID and credit cards into the device but, your device will now play audio normally during conference.
